1. How did you come across Vanillaplan?
Through the email you sent out. We had already been looking for an alternative to our Excel solution for staff scheduling for about 3 years.
2. What made you decide to use Vanillaplan?
Fundamentally, we liked the simplicity of the program, and the presentation at az Holz AG convinced us that this was exactly the kind of software we had been looking for.
3. How did you find getting started with the software?
Thanks to the simplicity of the program, getting started was extremely easy for us too. It is also great how self-explanatory the program is. A new user hardly needs any instruction.
4. What is the most important thing about Vanillaplan for you?
That we get a quick overview of how the various resources are scheduled, which is always linked to the latest absences as well.
5. What has changed in your company as a result of Vanillaplan?
We have considerably fewer queries from staff about scheduling, and resources, vehicles in particular, can be scheduled more efficiently.
6. How is Vanillaplan's support (email, telephone etc.)?
Fortunately we have hardly needed support so far. When we have, someone was always reachable or got back to us immediately.
